Is prescription drug withdrawal (antidepressant and benzo withdrawal) a punishment from God? That is the seemingly strange but very common question that so many in the healing process wrestle with.
In withdrawal a mix of anger, shame, fear and guilt can combine with spiritual symptoms to create the perfect storm of origin questioning. In this video I talk specifically about those spiritual symptoms, and I also share my thoughts as to how we can make sense of the roots of the withdrawal process (and its purpose).
