Over the years there has been a large increase in the number of withdrawal-related forums, groups, and websites online. This is a good thing, as greater access to support and information is now available to people going through the process of antidepressant withdrawal and/or benzodiazepine withdrawal. However, this easy access to a breadth of withdrawal-related information and advice also presents certain pitfalls for individuals in a healing process.
